  • Me Meeting >> like in any company, the managers organize company meetings so that they share their values and vision for the future, increase engagement from their employees, and coordinate efforts so that they reach their goals. This mental Hygiene is your “Me Meeting” of the day and will achieve the same result as a company meeting.

  • Our brain functions with electrochemical signals. During the day there is an overwhelming high activity of Beta brain waves, to solve problems, and too much of it creates stress. We experience higher Beta activity nowadays because of the increase of information sources (TV, phones, internet) & communications.

  • This tool predictably will rebalance your brain waves and activate Alpha and Theta, lower frequency brain waves that we experience mostly during the night.

  • Phase 1: Chill the F.ck out! Please let’s not get too serious and have fun. In this moment of being extremely present in your body, by breathing consciously, stay still for 5 min. Be aware of the resistance tests that will show up, you have to resist.

  • Phase 2: Active Appreciation. Think about the people you love, the food you love, the things you love doing. Feel the love growing from within.

  • Phase 3: The Vision. Visualize yourself in the situation you wish to be. A new home, a new relationship, a new job. The more detailed and specific you are in visualizing this, the better results you will get. Don’t hesitate to connect this vision to your senses (smell, touch, taste, what do you see…)

  • Phase 4: Allow and Receiving, or known also as the Cosmic Google Download. Go back to connecting to your body, and notice the ideas that pop up in your head. No judgement, just notice them.
